ʚ TERMS OF SERVICE ɞ

This page presents only the most important points.
If you commission me, you will have to sign a more detailed document afterwards

ʚ GENERALS

  • You can contact me by mail, discord or DM twitter

  • I have the right to modify my general conditions of sale and my prices at any time and without notice. These changes will have no impact on current orders.

  • I reserve the right to refuse an order if it bothers me or does not interest me.

  • I do not accept orders from minors.

ʚ PAYMENT

  • Prices are in EUR, I can transcribe in USD so that it agrees with the euros. (disclaimer: the euro dollar rate changes very often, I am sorry in advance if the price increases compared to your initial currency).

  • I use Paypal only.

  • I ask for a advancement payment of 50% before the start of the work.

  • Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission.

  • For commercial use : I ask 50% extra on the initial order

ʚ PROCESS

  • Do not hesitate to prepare your request in advance (order details, reference if necessary) in order to evaluate your order

  • At the beginning of the order, I'll send you a document of the General Conditions of Sale (which you will send back to me checked and signed)

  • Up to 5 reviews per sketch.

  • If you validate the sketches, major reviews will be charged +5% on the final price

  • Minor reviews are free (colors, lights...)

  • Final piece will be delivered through a mail in a compressed file.

ʚ REFUNDS

  • Regardless of the progress of the order, I will keep the 50% deposit and I will send you the sketches / the progress of the order by email

ʚ UPLOADING

  • I always post my work on my twitter and my instagram (if it's an illustration), 2/3 days after finishing.

  • If you want your order to remain confidential, please do not hesitate to let me know as soon as possible

ʚ OWNERSHIP OF WORK PERFORMED

  • You are not allowed to create a reproduction of my work (NFT, IA, tracing, plagiat..)

  • If you want to use my work as a commercial, you must communicate it to me and so a price will be set up.
